It's here! The PokéPod Project anthology for all 151 generation one Pokémon is now revealed. This is a collection of brand-new Pokémon stories written for the project by 66 writers, then performed by 35 podficcers. All stories and podfics can be found at the main AO3 collection linked below.

From peasina: I couldn't be happier to be in the Pokemon fandom than I am right now. I was curious if there was a fic on AO3 for every gen one Pokemon and thought.. there has to be, right? Well, if there wasn't, there is now, and a podfic too! This collection has been an absolute pleasure to organise and be part of, with every submission hitting me right in the nostalgia. I also wanted to say how massively proud I am of the participants who wrote fic for the first time ever for this event or recorded their first ever podfic. You all did amazing and I hope to see you again in future generations of this event! 💚

From Samifer: It's here! I'm so excited and proud that we managed to bring this project to fruition. Thank you so much to everyone who participated, and to everyone who cheered us on! I'm especially grateful to our pinch hitters who ensured this could happen without delay, and an extra special thank you to Pea who invited me along on this journey! 🙏 I'm looking forward to whatever plans we'll have for Poképod in the future, and I hope you do too! ⭐

Everything looks so fun so far! I can’t wait to read and listen to the whole collection.

Looks like one of the podfics, Mewtwo by kittona, is linked to the wrong work with the inspired by feature (the correct author is linked in the work itself, so I think it’s a small slip up).

Would it be easy, from one of the mod documents, to generate a list of the (nonpod) fics in order for those of us who like to read along while listening? The anthology is in order, but naturally the collection as a whole is chaotic and there's no convenient "sort by pokedex number" button on ao3

I've been listening to these fics for the past week on my various commutes and sometimes at work, and they've been a balm to my soul 💖 I do sincerely mean to get to commenting on each one individually someday, but just in case executive dysfunction gets in the way of that, I wanted to leave a comment here to let everyone know how much I've been enjoying them.

I've still got about an hour and a half of listening left to go (I just finished Ditto and am about to start on Eevee), and I fully expect to continue to be blown away by everyone's efforts.
